    Happy birthday TFoots and Bryant!

    A. 275, 295, 315 for the last 3 sets. All sets somewhere between moderate and heavy. I need to start putting on 5s or 2.5s to avoid making the same jumps and doing the same weights every time I squat
    B. 135-175
    C. 8:42 , maybe paced too much
    D. 18:44, Rx weight and moved the reps to 8s
