15.2 will be

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

Rx: Each rep will be worth 1 point.

From 0:00-3:00:    2 Rds:

10 OHS (95 / 65 lb.)

10 CTBPU

From 3:00-6:00: 2 Rds:

12 OHS (95 / 65 lb.)

12 CTBPU

From 6:00-9:00: 2 Rds:

14 OHS (95 / 65 lb.)

14 CTBPU…Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

 

Scaled: Each rep will be worth 1 point.

From 0:00-3:00:    2 Rds:

6 OHS (65/45)

6 Pullups (Chin over bar)

From 3:00-6:00: 2 Rds:

8 OHS (65/45)

8 Pullups (Chin over bar)

From 6:00-9:00: 2 Rds:

10 OHS (95 / 65 lb.)

10 Pullups (Chin over bar) ..Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

 

*NOVICE Version – Each rep will count as 0.1 points.

Chin over bar Pullups can be substituted with Jumping Pullups.

OHS will be loaded at (35/15)

Reps will start at 6-6, then 8-8, then 10-10. (Same as “Scaled”)

 

If an athlete performs 2 rounds using the “Novice” version, (6 OHS + 6 PU + 6 OHS + 6 PU) their score will be 0.24 points.

If an athlete performs 2 rounds using the “Scaled” version, (6 OHS + 6 PU + 6 OHS + 6 PU) their score will be 24 points.
