*During the 60 min class, q (5:00) perform 3 Strict (CTB if possible) Pullups.  Hold for a 2 count at the top the first rep.

A1. (P) Clean 2-2-2-2-1-1-1.  Not T&G.  Rest 10 sec during doubles.

A1. (F) Deadlift: 5-5-5-3-3-3-3

A2. 3 rds (Rds 1-3) AD hard/AD easy {0:15/0:45}

A2. 4 rds (Rds 4-7) AD hard/AD easy {0:30/1:30}

      Well, tomorrow was supposed to be my rest day, but Jer couldn’t get out of work on time. I guess I’ll have to make this one up…
