A1. 10 Weighted DB Step ups (24″/20″), alternating 5/leg  (load anyhow). Keep the trailing leg off the ground (do not push off the trailing leg).

A2. Sorensen Hold (Weighted – plate on lower or upper back) 0:45.

A3. Seated Straddle Leg Lifts (12-18 reps). Point toes forward.

 

B. 6RFT:

9 2A KB FS or Thruster (53/35) (F: 2x DB)

6 Burpees

1 Rope Climb (LL if possible)

8 Ground over Shoulder (150/100)
