Kris and Roger Wedding WOD: 7/23 6:30PM

 

This Friday night we will be tuning into the CF Games on the big screen at the gym!

We will also broadcast the CF Games on Saturday at 12PM with a cookout so feel free to bring some food/drinks to share!

 

Saturday, Kim and Tommy will both be lifting at the Athletic Lab weightlifting Open!  Kim lifts around 10AM and Tommy around 2:15PM.
