15 u/b DB PP (45/30)
12 u/b DB Reverse Lunge (45/30, each step = 1 rep)
9 u/b DB DL (45/30) – all 4 heads of DB must touch groud each rep.

*Each Rd should be completed as 36 u/b reps, rest as little as possible between rounds.
*Use DB’s or KB’s
