F: 6-12 S-Pullup or P: 4 Weighted Pullups

C. FT:

60 BS (135/95) + (P: 200 DU)/(F: 30 Box Jumps)

Athletes can choose to break up the reps and sets anyhow. Rx is to complete BS before starting DU.
