A1. OTM : Even: 1 set FS @ 83%. (do not change this weight. Your choice on how many you do each set)
A2. OTM : Odd: 1 legged KB deadlift (7×3) (KB’s in both arms)*
B(P). Death by CTB Pullup / OHS. (Weaker movement = W, Stronger = S)
OTM: 4 reps of S, then W. W increases by 1 each minute and S stays constant at 4.
B (F). Death by Burpee / Air Squat or WB
OTM: 4 burpees each minute, increase WB or Air Squat by 1.
*1 legged KB Deadlift: Beginners – Start with back toe on ground, heel off. Increase difficulty by moving leg further back.
