    Worked out at Crossfit NOLA this morning. Everytime I drop in somewhere the metcon involves thrusters and a run – hate that! However, anyone who watched me struggle through the 20lb dumbbell thrusters at the Triangle Invitational would have been shocked to see me throwing up 25lb dumbbells with no problem this morning!

    Suck up note: the more I drop-in other places (and I do like collecting those tshirts), the more I am impressed with the coaching at RTP. You guys are doing a great job.

      Awesome Satana!

      I’ve been to CrossFit NOLA and met Geoff! It was tight quarters in that place but they made good use of the sidewalks.

      And thanks for the compliment! Our staff isn’t too shabby 🙂
