Clean and Jerk (185/125).
After each set of C&J, perform 1 rd of : (5 Pullups, 8 T2B, 11 Squats)
Optional: Pullups can be CTB, Squats can be pistols.
(P): Pullup sets and T2B must be U/B.
D. Extra. Bulgarian Split Squat AHAP (3×8 each leg)
