A. Pause Snatch (from ground, pause below knee), then Snatch.  7×1.

B. BS:  1 ME set @ each of the following: (83%, 87%, 90%, 93%).  Does not necessary have to be to failure.

C. OTM: Perform the following

4 Thrusters (135/95)

X BF-Burpees

Continue for as long as possible.

where X can be athletes choice (3-6).  X cannot change once the workout starts.

D. Extra: RDL 5×4 AHAP
