6 Pushups

9 Air Squats

*Rest 1:00 after each round

 

C. AMRAP [8]:

Strict Pullups (1 rep = 1 point) OR Strict MU (1 rep = 3 points)

L-sit (3 sec = 1 point)

Ski-Erg Cals

Bag over shoulder (or stone to shoulder – double mat if stone).
