THE PREP COURSE – $120 (Required if you have never done CrossFit before)
The Prep Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is kept to 3 people or less, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like your self. Come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing in a little workout every day.
HOW THE ‘PREP COURSE’ WORKS
The Prep Course is a four session introductory program with each session lasting 1 hour. These sessions are run over a two-week period with two sessions per week, and each class is different. The classes are held on Mondays and Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM. This schedule can be modified to suit individuals as needed.
PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE ‘PREP COURSE’ – $180
This consists of you and a coach working together one-on-one until you are proficient at the fundamental movements. This typically takes 4 one hour sessions. Generally people choose this option who can not make the times listed above for our ‘Group’ classes or are looking for a 1-on-1 approach. We will work with you to find times that work best for your private sessions.
We also offer a one-on-one assessment process for athletes with previous CrossFit experience. Contact us to find out more.
*Class rates and options are subject to change. Athletes should plan to attend the 4 classes at the scheduled times. Any and all missed classes must be made up at an additional charge ($50/class) prior to attending regular classes. Payments for specific sessions cannot be transferred to other sessions and are non-refundable.
