What to expect in class:

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each class.  A coach will be leading the class through the workout of the day (WOD) and help make modifications as needed.  All classes are one hour long.

Please let us know if you plan to attending our trial class!  Anyone can come, so you can bring your family or friends!  Plan to arrive at 10:45AM.


One quick note….. If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be modified for ANY individual!
