We are a results oriented, fitness minded community that trains hard together. We train at a strength and conditioning facility focused on developing elite fitness levels in people from all walks of life. Our facility is located in Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Durham, NC at 4909 S. Alston Ave. near the corner of highway 55 and 54. Our 6000 sq ft. facility is spacious and air conditioned and stocked with plenty of equipment. We are minutes away from I-40, conveniently located to serve Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex.
Our athletes come in all ages, shapes, and sizes. CrossFit RTP loves training everyone across the fitness spectrum, from collegiate gymnasts to the (former) “couch potato.” Our athletes are teachers, stay-at-home parents, firefighters, students, engineers, scientists, and weekend warriors. It does not matter if you are coming back from an injury or haven’t exercised in several years. CrossFit RTP produces world class athletes, healthy habits, and independent able bodies.

All the movements we do can be modified to suit your athletic condition, so our most gifted athletes are able to train alongside beginners; each of them making the other better.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Let us warn you. When you walk into our gym, you will not see any treadmills, magazines, or televisions. You will, however, see plenty of hard work, dedication, and true fitness. We train hard at CrossFit RTP. We train harder than the vast majority of the population believes they are capable of. Because we train hard together as a unit, we forge a special bond among our athletes. Together, we humbly grow as a unit both mentally and physically. Our community is our greatest asset. We have zero tolerance for egos, bad attitudes, or attention seekers. However, we welcome everyone who is willing to put in the work and making a choice to get into the best shape of their lives with open arms.
