Our Body Basics Bootcamp (B3) is designed specifically for the beginner that is new to weight training or nervous about intense exercise. This class is perfect for those coming from a sedentary lifestyle or novice athletes who are looking to make a positive change back into an active and healthy lifestyle. We welcome people of all ages and abilities.
Our B3 classes are moderate-to-high intensity workout lasting 60 minutes. We will do different workouts daily using your own body and appropriate (SAFE) weights for you. Our workouts are designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, and they’re also a whole lot of fun! You’ll sweat, and work along side of one of our trained coaches who are going to push you to perform and get you into the best possible shape.
Our B3 Bootcamp meets 3x/week on
Tuesdays (5:30 PM)
Thursdays (5:30 PM)
Saturdays (8:00 AM)
The CrossFit Prep-Course is not required to participate in the B3 program.
