    Great way to start off the new year, really enjoyed coming back to the box.
    A. worked my way up to 78lbs (first attempt at snatching in over 2 months, felt good)
    B. banded negatives
    C. 92 reps – nothing like having to do 70 pushups on your first day back after 6 weeks off…

    Hope to post to the blog more in 2013…
