    4:30 was a fun group. We started with some stretches, agility work, and wall balls. Finished up with some couch stretches. Yall ever want to see a couch stretch ninja? Ask C* to demonstrate.

    For the metcon, Bonnie wouldn’t let Daniel be a slacker on his movements and I don’t remember seeing him as obliterated after he finished metcon. Great job motivating, Bonnie! I want you in my ear next time we work out together.

    Gerald had a kettlebell epiphany towards the end of the workout and finally started really using his hips. Awesome.

      Is it possible you were telling yourself that a leg-whip halfway up was acceptable at first and now you are measuring yourself to a different (more strict) standard?

      Is it possible you are not eating enough protein to make strength gains?

      A2. MU negatives with red band. (Shoulder holding up :))
      B. 8:24 rx. Tried to catch D$, but she is on a different level right now. I thought I could catch her on the wallballs but not enough gas in the tank and i had to pause to breath.

      Nice job, C*!! I had a little discussion with Chef after the WOD myself, talking about how I can get to Rx wallballs. Big accomplishment, congrats!

    A2. L2.A, I think. Whichever one that is 2 sec chinup flex hang with 3 pos neg.
    B. 9:41 with red+purple (dropped to red only last 2 sets), 6# wallball (I might be ready for 8#…?), and 35# KB.
