A1. BS + Pause BS (3+1)x4 @ 70%-75%.*
A2. Strict Hanging Knee Raises or L raises: 4 sets for max reps. End the set if you start to swing.
A3. Side Twists with plate (45/35). (Max reps in 20 sec)x4. Do not utilize momentum.
B. “Flight Simulator” [C20]
5-10-15-…45-50-45-…10-5 of Double Unders
*Those unable to maintain lumbar extension at bottom should not pause.
