    Good luck all you Wellness Challenge badasses. The first days are the hardest. At some point you’ll probably feel like this is an unending struggle that will last forever.

    But of course it won’t last forever, and when it’s all over you’ll have some awesome new habits that have really, truly sunk in because you committed to doing something awesome and you stuck with it.

    Great 4:30 class today.
    Overall, I was impressed with squatting and thruster form.
    Josh went wild and got over 90 reps, Rx.
    Looking forward to seeing what Jay’s response at 5:30 was!

    Got this one done today at the hotel gym. They actually had a foam roller and kettle bell weights!! I should have come in sooner! Well, of course my stomach has not been cooperating…
