WOD 01 09 14

Option: Either come and make up a missed WOD from M-W OR

A1. Front Squat (4×5 @ 80%)

A2. Pushups (4-15 reps)*

B. 8 min AMRAP:

8 Situps

8 Back Extensions/Supermans

8 Target Burpees (6″ above reach)

*At the beginning of class, start a running clock.  Every 5 minutes, perform 1 set of pushups (until you start part C.)

Comments: How cold is too cold?

    I have seen some chilly temps, so for me, I start to get grouchy around -20°F. And anything less than -25°F is just ridiculous.

    Just want to say that I went to the gym a little grumpy and left happy!!! So thanks cfrtp…..and no 7 dwarfs jokes Greg 😉

    Made up wednesday WOD in the 430 class today.
    A. DL 8×205 felt great for not DLing in a very long time
    C. 13.2: 184 Rx…about 3 rounds less than last year…
