For A2: Select one of the following to work on (in order of increasing difficulty)
    Kick up to HS
    HS Static support
    Negative HSPU (using 3/2/1 abmats)
    Strict HSPU (using 3/2/1 abmats)
    Kipping HSPU

For the static support, you should shoot for 30-60 seconds of continuous static support.

      Great 6am class!
Seamus, Dennis, and David all got their first kipping HSPUs.
Then, everyone either finished the workout or got within 10 reps of finishing.
      Good.

HSPU with a kip (0ff two ab mats) — that felt good. 🙂

98 reps on the WOD (banged out the first three exercises but started too heavy on the HSC — need an ego check)

I worked out at Jen’s 630 group and saw some really great coaching of the handstand progressions. Elizabeth, Murph and Ian all made some huge progress on their handstand holds.

Kim did some solid freestanding HS walking (shuffling?)

Meanwhile Snarles stood in the corner and leisurely did some freestanding handstand with one armed waist touches. (Yes it is exactly as you are picturing it). NO BIG DEAL.

For myself, I made some progress with my HSPU recently in the last few days. They’re coming back!
