A. Skill work: spend 10 minutes working on Double Unders
Portion B is not for time. Cycle through at a conversational pace.
B1. Stationary KB/Barbell Lunge: 5×16 (8 per leg) AHAP. Start light if new to movement. If using barbell, use Front Rack.
B2. Box Jumps: 5×10 (30/24)
B3. Defecit Pushups: 5 sets for max reps. Changing hand position is allowed as long as two hands remain in contact with the floor.
C. 3 Rounds: Row 1 min for max meters – rest 1:30 between rounds.
