A. 20 minutes to establish a Push Press 1RM.
B. Skill work: spend 10-15 minutes working on improving a controlled, tight kip. If you don’t have >2 pullups, use this time to work on shoulder mobility or strict pullup work.
C. 5 Rounds (note, if you are coming in on Saturday, perform 3 rounds).
