A. OHS 5-5-3-3-1-1-1. Go for a max if you’re feeling it!
B. EMOM 10 min:
Strict (no kip) Ring Dips. Hit a manageable set for all 10 min. Do not work for more than 20 seconds. Bands are acceptable. Sets with low rep ranges are perfectly acceptable (i.e. 4-4-3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1). Do not hit muscle failure at any point. Score is total reps.
10-8-6-4-2 Push Jerk (135/95)
2-4-6-8-10 Back Squat (135/95)
Racks are allowed.
