A. Work up to a heavy set of 5 for OHS.  If new to movement, work on being stable through the entire movement.

B. In teams of 2 (or 3) [C18]:

50 Pullups

50 Pushups (Adv: Ring Dips)

4 Cleans (135/95)

40 Pullups

40 Pushups

8 Cleans (135/95)

30 Pullups

30 Pushups

12 Cleans (135/95)

20 Pullups

20 Pushups

16 Cleans (135/95)

10 Pullups

10 Pushups

20 Cleans (135/95)

*Beginners, substitute ring rows for pullups and FS for Cleans.  Beginners may also elect to skip the first round of 50-50-4.
