WOD 02 18 13
A. 25 minutes for:
- Front Squat (5@75%, 5@75%) then
- Pause Front Squats*. (3@65%, 2@70%, 2@70%). Use these % as a guideline only. Adjust based on difficulty.
B. Death by Burpee/WB:
1st min: 1 Burpee. 2nd min: 2 Wallballs. 3rd min: 3 Burpees…
Scale so you reach at least 10 wallballs. (Adv may start @ 5 Burpees)
