WOD 02 19 13

A. Press (5@70%, 5@70%, 5@70%).  Hold lockout for 1 count.


Establish a 1RM Press.

B. AMRAP 12 min:

Row 200m

1 Max rep Push Press (Use 65% Press 1RM).  The set continues as long as the bar does not touch the ground.

Score is total PP completed.  Lockout and head through!

C. 3 x ME L sit on parallettes. If using feet out, feet must be above parallette.

    172 on Press today – 2lb improvement… Daniel – I expect to see at least 173 tomorrow AM on the board… 🙂

      One time I pressed 140, so that’ll be up on the board as well.

    Had so much fun returning to my 430 crew today! I missed you guys <3
    I did a 1RM Press yesterday (95lbs...5lb PR!) so I did the 3x5@70% for the strength
    84 reps at 68lbs
    and thanks Phil for being my partner and keeping your eye on Carter while you counted for me 🙂

    Couldn’t establish a 1RM press since I did the metcon 1st and I was just pressed out. But worked with Ian at 3 sets of 5 at 75. Would you believe he doesn’t enjoy being my partner? I mean have you ever!? So I’ll be PRing that relationship soon..watch yaself Ian.
    Metcon was 85 reps at 65…my feet felt glued to the floor on the push press but I tried to make it do what it do.
    L-sit. that is all.

    Total slacker with my posting! Sheesh!

    A. Did these at 53# (more like 75% of my RM)
    B. 69 reps using 43# (one of those sets was a little low in #s because I forgot to keep the bar up and dropped to a hang position…doh!).
    C. Had to skip to be on time for my hubby to use the car, will make up at home.
