A. Goat Work: 20 minutes to work on a skill:
- Kipping Pullups (at least 1 DH Pullup required)
- Double Unders
- Snatch (If you are coming to the snatch clinic on Saturday, this is required. Have a coach video at least 2 of the following: Hang Snatch, Hang Power Snatch, or Full Snatch from either a side view or a mostly side view, slightly in front – 3/4)
B. 2 RFT:
40 KB Swings (53/35)
20 CTB Pullups
C. GHD Situps: 40 total
