Yes BBQ. Give me BBQ. All of it, always.

And why no love for Texas?

    Today was rough but fair.

A1. Didn’t quite make it to 83%, but stayed consistent at 125# (76%)
    A2. 30# x 8ea
    B. 49-51-53
Reps went up because I was fighting with my jerks at 95# for whatever reason.

KC BBQ all the way. I would literally kill people for Jack Stack beef ribs.

    A: 210# / 35#
    B: 57, 51, 48 rx

Eastern Carolina style (vinegar-based) is the only way to eat pulled pork. It’s the best anyway, but it’s also far more paleo-friendly than the sticky-sweet sauces and rubs most other BBQ styles use!

Preparing other meats (beef, chicken, pork ribs, etc) in other BBQ styles is acceptable

A1: Mix of 135/145/155/145 (first few still warming up / increased / realized I overreached / backed off a little)
A2: 30# DB. My left arm is so weak
    B: 48, 46, 47; 53# KBS, 95lb STO

Post: Made up the 25 burpee thing from yesterday, 1:09. Need to remember to breathe next time
