WOD 02 25 13
A. 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Push Press. Demonstrate control at the top in a full lockout. The coach will give ‘down’ signal at heaviest weights.
B. 5 reps of the following complex – performed AHAP. Rest at least 1 min between reps.
[2 Hang Clean + 1 FS + 2 PP ] Combining FS + 1st PP into thruster is acceptable. Hang Cleans can be power or squat. If squat, additional FS is still required. Score is sum of all weight from all 5 sets.
C. For time:
