I think it’s safe to say, especially today of all days, that Ghostbusters is that movie for me.

Shawshank Redemption. I was broke in med school and couldn’t afford cable. But I had this on VHS, and watched it twenty or thirty times.

It’s so nice to be photographed with my “OMG I HATE PUSHUPS PLEASE SOMEONE KILL ME” face 🙂

I noticed the face and know that this was what I looked like as well. My thoughts exactly…

Came into the gym today determined to rock the metcon. Felt good to be in the right state of mind, and it helped a lot get be back on the bar/bell.

    A. Strung together a few HSPU with one abmat. This is really good for me. Couldn’t quite get out of the bottom position without the abmat on my last attempt though.
    B. Our team of 5 got to 159!
    C. 5 rounds flat Rx. Couldn’t quite get back on the bar to start the next round. Those walks were deceptively difficult once grip became a factor!
