A. Push Press (5-3-3-2-2-1-1-1) AHAP.  PJ do not count.  If you fail a set, lower the weight and complete the set.

B. Using your finishing weight on the PP, perform 5 sets of max rep thrusters.  Strive for no foot movement.

    Special thanks to Phil, Carly, Liz, D$, M1, Jeannien for staying to help put up the addition to the pullup structure! Nobody died!

    (because we don’t have it bolted down to the ground yet, no pullups yet! But using the squat stands on it is fine)

    Country Music Wednesday has been extended to all evening classes.

    Push press- 145 failed at 155 and then 150 mult times.
    Thrusters- 135 x2. I didn’t think I’d get 145 since I felt pretty fried from all the times I missed.
    Metcon- Damn. I can’t remeber at all. I think something like 23 minutes but this may be way off. Subbed boxes for HSPUs and snatched at 85#.

    Had a great time in the box today!! and thanks to everyone who appeased Carter at one time or another while mom was exercising 🙂
    started off with a little boot scootin’ boogie before getting to the PP last night 🙂
    A. 83-93-103-108-113-118-123-128 then tried for a PP PR @132 was close but no cigars…
    B. didn’t have time to try, and I used carter fussing as an excuse to not do it 😛 but I was not going to make a thruster at 128 without some warming up so moved right on to the metcon
    C. after getting to try some HSPUs last sat in the WOD with 1 abmat I decided that Id give some Rx HSPUs a try today
    13:?? Rx HSPUs were slow but i tried to make up for it in the DUs and those 75lb snatches made me feel a little more confident when 13.1 was announced 🙂
    on a side note i would like to comment on Elizabeths snatches yesterday, for someone who has only been at this CrossFit thing for a few months her power snatches were flawless!! nice work lady!!
