17 minute AMRAP of:
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs
Let’s get after it folks! Remember we will be running this WOD today and again on Saturday morning at 9AM and 10AM!
Don’t forget folks – after you complete this workout, make sure to go online and submit your score!
Guys – please note there is a tiebreaker rule in affect:
“This workout also introduces a new tiebreak system. Your score will be total reps like in years past. Now, your time at the end of your last completed set of snatches will be used to rank you against all the athletes who also got your same score.
