A. Every 90 sec for 12 min (9 sets): Push Jerk x2. First 2 sets can be considered warm up. Last 4 sets should be challenging. Sub PP if PJ if needed.
B. Team Pullups 8 min (teams of 4-6): Add weight if you can perform >15 pullups (from a rested state).
C. For time [C12 for parts C & D]:
