Today is a programmed rest day.  If you decide to come in the gym, get some foam rolling and mobility work in, and then put in some skill work to attack your weaknesses.

Select from the following skills:

  • Snatch (or a variant: Hang Power Snatch, Hang Squat Snatch)
  • Muscle up (False grip work/transition work)
  • Kipping Pullup (1 DH Pullup required)
