WOD 03 19 14
A1. Legless Rope Climb (up to 10′). 5 rounds: 1-2 full climbs per round. A full climb is up and down while maintaining control of the rope the entire time. If you are new to rope climbs, work on grip strength on the rope or start from a seated position.
A2. GHD Situps: 5 sets of (6-12 reps)
B. 8 Rounds: rest 90 sec between rounds.
Row 60 sec for max meters. (Hands off handles at 0:60, Record distance per round after rower stops, score is sum of all distances)
C. 1 attempt at a Weighted Plank Hold (45/25)
