REST DAY!

Today is a programmed rest day.  If you decide to come in the gym, get some foam rolling and mobility work in, and then put in some skill work to attack your weaknesses.

Select from the following skills:

  • Split Jerk
  • Handstand work (kicking up to HS, HSPU with abmats)
  • Double Unders
