A. Deadlift (5-5-5) @ 77%.  Watch out for hitching.

B1. Glute Ham Raise (3×10) Add weight if needed.

B2. Weighted Stationary Lunge (3×6 each leg).  Use DB/KB/BB.

C. AMRAP 10:

8 Overhead Squats (115/80)

24 Double Unders

1 Rope Climb

    I’d have to say FS too. I’m not great at them, so the goat of it makes them more skill work for me than strength. Backsquat ends with too much frustration in not getting out of the damned hole with all that weight 🙂 OHS can FRO.

    All the squats.
    A. 105# ended up dropping weight to make sure my form was good.
    B1. – check-ish
    B2. – check-ish
    C. 3+2 – BTN PP @ 53#, dunders, and scaled rope things. Dunders and I are I in the middle of a tumultuous relationship but things are getting better.
    D. Negatives and things.
    Mad props to AC for getting her first chin-up today!!
