A. Push Press: (3 @ 63%, 3@ 72%, ME@ 81%). Target to get at least 6-12 reps here.
B. Skin the cat (3×2 reps). Control is what we’re after here. Extend legs as comfort increases.
C. 10 min AMRAP:
8 Push Presses (60-70%)
10 Box Jumps
12 KB Swings (53/35)

    Did lifts at home today and ran a couple miles. BS 20 x 105lb and PP 8 x 80lb.

    B. Skinned a cat, check.
    C. Got 3 rounds with about 4:30 left before my lower back went on strike. Thanks for straightening me back out, Mitchell! I LOVE Z-Fit, it’s like voodoo for your body. I couldn’t tell you what just happened, but my back feels better!
