    A: 5 @ 80, 3 @ 90, 9 @ 100

    B: 3 x 1 strict pull up. First (3!) pullups – thanks to all for the encouragement

    C: can’t remember, I think 1+23, 2+17, 2+19? 100lb PP, 53lb KB. Last round really sucked, air squats got harder than anything else by the end.
