As most of you know, Kristen has worked her tail off and has qualified for the Regional competition in Landover, MD.  She’s put in the work, but travel costs and registration costs add up.  To help offset some of those costs, we will be fundraising by selling a limited edition T shirt for the 2013 Regionals!  All profits will go toward registration and travel costs.  Cost will be $20.  I know many of you would like to support Kris but won’t be able to show your face at the actual competition, so this is a great way to show your support!  Final design is in the works, but please email info@CrossFitRTP.com to pre-order yours!

When Ian listened to zero country music, no muscle ups.
Now that he’s listening to it on a weekly basis, well…

    Coinidence?

    I think not.

    Thanks Everybody!

but the credit doesn’t get to go to country music. It goes to Kris’ advice to “hump the ceiling”

Thanks for painting Lei! Besides the great fumes of the paint, I think RTP is about to have some modern clean line decor with the work you have been doing! PS – I untangle jump ropes for a living – madness.

        A. PR – 122# C & J – thanks to the many clean tips I have been getting – I think a light bulb may have occurred in the past couple of weeks.
        B. 3 + 2 @ 85# – should have gone higher, but did not want to jinx my clean epiphanies.
