WOD 05 17 13

A. Push Press (5@59%, 5@68%, ME@77%) using 1RM*

B. Back Squat or L sit practice (accumulate 90 seconds on parallettes)

C. Up to 3 attempts to establish a max set of wallballs* (20/14, 10′).

*The set continues as long as you don’t stop, even if you miss the wall/target.  Be someone’s judge, then alternate.  Only your highest number counts.  Announce your rep goal to your coach prior to attempting.

D. Adv only: One ME set of pistols (non-dominant leg). **

E. Adv only: One ME set of pistols (dominant leg).**

**Pistols are from the floor.  The set continues as long as your other foot does not contact the floor.  Toe grabbing is allowed.

F. 2 min AMRAP.  (Adv: Rest 1 min, 2 rounds)

10 Burpee

10 T2B
