WOD 05 21 13

A. Press (3 @ 63%, 3@ 72%, ME@ 81%) using 1RM*

B. Skill: BTN Push Jerk 3×3.  Not heavy (~100-120% of Press 1RM).

C. 3 RFT [T7/C10]:

3 (Squat Clean +  FS + Push Jerk) – (155/105)

9 Deadlifts

15 Pushups

D. Perform only if (C) < 8:00, Adv: Rest 2 min: Perform (C) as a 1 min AMRAP.  Score = total reps.

    a. 4 @85#
    b. went light on these, as they scare me a bit, so did all 3 sets @65#
    c. 6:06- used 93# and did pushups on knees
    d. 7 reps

    B. Worked up to 73
    C. 6:14@73 and knee pushups
