B. 15 Strict CTB + 35 Strict Pullups (mix anyhow)
 
C. With a running clock: T(4):
[0-10]: Run 1 mile + Max reps CJ (135/95)
[10-13]: Rest
[13-20]: Run 800m + Max reps Snatch (115/80)
[20-23]: Rest
[23-27]: Run 400m + Max Thrusters (95/65)

Each athlete will complete the run. Lift: Each team gets 2 bars, 2PW.

The Triangle Invitational is back!  This year it will be on October 15th and 16th.  In anticipation of this, we are going to try to run some dedicated Rx heats on Saturdays at 9:00AM. So if you have been following P on a consistent basis and are interested in a little extra push, be there!  Of course everyone is able to attend either 9AM or 10AM!
