B1. Bent over Row (3×5) AHAP.  Rest 30-60 sec between sets.

B2. Strict chinups/pullups (3×10).  Rest 30-60 sec between sets.

C. In teams of 2, with 1PW: AMRAP 10 min:

20 u/b KB Swings (53/35)

20 u/b Thrusters (45/33)

20 Pistols (alternating)

If score > 6 (360), AMRAP 12 min.  If AMRAP 12 min > 8 (480), then AMRAP 14 min.
