WOD 06 07 13
A. EMOM (12 min): 1 Squat Clean or 1 Power Clean into FS
B. 7 min to establish a 3RM OHS (run in two heats – racks are allowed)
C. 30 Burpee MU or Pullups for time (cap: 7 min)*
*Athletes must jump onto a pullup bar at least 1 inch higher than standing reach. Pullup can only be completed after the athlete’s arms come into full extension. If you don’t have pullups, substitute 30 burpees then 30 pullups.
