    I legitimately have ankle weights….so ya know. Also 146 is a stupid number of push-ups.

    I can borrow my wife’s ankle weights….yeah….totally….they belong to her, that’s right.

    A: 400lbs (+85lb from last time). Apparently +1 lb would have given me a solid 4th on the record board instead of a tie
    B: 165lbs (+20lb from last time)
    C: 13:22ish, red band.

    The mob was small (4) this morning. Black and tan did a good job cheering though.

    B. 165
    C. 11:45 rx
    D. Prancercise – 6:31, 5lb ankle weights, wasn’t sure what rx was but 5lbs was pretty taxing so I felt pretty good about it. What’s the gym record?

    Only an average day in the box. Running on a sleep deficit. Three hours on Monday night (on call), and five hours last night (damn the NBA finals!) OK, enough with the excuses:
    Deadlift 355 (failed at 375)
    Push Press 145 (failed at 155)
    Helen 12:08 Rx (About a two min PR)
    No comment on the prancersise

    I would love to help Phil, but Alex and me will be outta town for the third staright weekend. This time to Pittsburgh. But good luck with your move buddy. You’re gonna be greatly missed!

    Excited for my 215# deadlift. Bummed that whatever irritated my shoulder kept me from getting more than 95# pp, but I’m glad I stopped to make it through Helen. 12:04 feels like a good start.

    This was the first time I felt like I am making pull-up progress. That feels good.
