      Phavorite Phil Phollies…(I mean memories):
      Burpee showdowns
Phil splitting his khakis demonstrating a squat
      Random dance break outs
Scaring the bejesus out of him hiding in a box with Forbis
…I feel like I am writing in your yearbook, Phil…

“Say ‘thank you’, Philbert!!” (I really hope you’ve seen ‘What’s Eating Gilbert Grape’, otherwise, that first comment is gonna be awkward) …
I am going to hang on to your leg tomorrow when you try to get in the truck…
I wish you happy travels and all the best this world has to offer. And watch out for muscle driver boxes that may or may not be moving or whispering near you.
Mr. Bost, YOU are CrossFit royalty 🙂

A: 135lb. My snatch technique needs work. Could have gone heavier with a power snatch – not necessarily a good thing, just a comment
B: 205lb. 5lbs below old 1RM. Pretty much everything feels stronger after this strength cycle except for squats for some reason. Maybe just not feeling it today. Going to make up back squat over the weekend and see what happens.
    C: Deceptively hard metcon. 5+1 @ 115lb snatch.

Phil! My dude! You are the reason I joined RTP. When I came for the free class one Saturday, you and I sat on the steps outside and had a long talk about the insanity I had just experienced. That talk gave me the nudge I needed to get off of my couch and join the box. I thank you for that a million times over. Thanks for being a great coach, and more thanks for being an even greater person! I wish you the best my dude! Whitney Wednesday will never be the same!

Phil, I’m so sad to see you go. I learned so much from you from Elements, clinics, classes, and you taught me how to rest and recover when I was injured and I would have rather done something stupid like lift a lot of weight. I enjoyed geeking out with you too over NDGT, the ISS and stuff like that. Basically you are awesome and will be missed a lot.
    A. 78lb (+10) I feel that I could have gotten 83 with a little more time.
    B. skipped
    C. 6+0 @ 53lb

What a sad/happy day for me.
I’m gonna really miss you guys. You’ve been a family for me over the past 1.5 years.

    A. 190 (4lb PR!)
    B. Skipped
    C. 5+14

This isn’t ‘goodbye’, though. This is ‘see you later’.

This one is for you Phil, always remember: 😉

No doubt in my mind I wouldn’t have made it through my first month out of elements had it not been for you. Thanks for everything Phil, you will be sorely missed.

    Bis bald, und auf wiedersehen.
