Bring a buddy!  Saturday (all classes) are going to be free for anyone to come to!  This would be a great opportunity to bring someone (a family member?  A friend?  Coworker?) who has been curious about what we do!  No experience required!

This weekend, our own Misty, Dallas, and Kim will be competing at the Carolina Capitol City Clash in Raleigh CrossFit.  Misty and Dallas will be competing as a team on Sunday.  Kim will be competing as an individual on Saturday and then on Sunday as part of a team.  Let’s go out and support them on game day!

      Thanks Mike, knee is fine, more worried about the ankle. Swollen up pretty good today. Hopefully a weekend of ice fixes it. I might be back next week, we’ll see.

    A. Worked up to 135 (form was shaky)
    B. 66 reps total at body weight. Pull-ups were kipping
    Got to partner up with Matt for the first time. Good time and great work out buddy. I repaid him by totally flaking at the end, and not helping him with any of the clean-up! I went over to write down stuff in my journal, and completely forgot about putting stuff away. Thanks for having my back Matt! I owe ya one.

      I am horrible at math, especially in the morning.
      My total for WOD was 98 reps at body weight. That’s what I get for doing math in my head. I’m a disgrace to Asians everywhere…

    No worries, will just make you put away weights next time we deadlift.

    Almost didn’t get out of bed this morning but the pull of the mob is too strong.

    A: Worked up to 145: 95, 115, 135, 145, 145
    B: Seeing as my 1rm is 30lbs short of my bodyweight….

    Bench press aside, a few months ago I could do precisely 0 pullups, so I’ll take it!

    Pull-ups were kipped starting with the 2nd round and used a blue band: 12, 12, 13, 14, 16 (?).
    Started the day with a pre-WOD strict chin-up. I haven’t been able to do that sibce the very first one I did back in Feb! So, yay! Or something…
